Frequently Asked Questions

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a comprehensive range of musculoskeletal and joint conditions for people from all walks of life. While we specialize in golf-related biomechanics, our clinical care is for everyone—not just golfers or sports people. Common conditions we treat include:

Spinal Pain: Lower back pain, neck stiffness, and mid-back restrictions.

Upper Limb Injuries: Shoulder impingements, rotator cuff issues, elbow pain (such as golfer's or tennis elbow), and wrist strains.

Lower Limb Injuries: Hip and knee pain, Achilles tendonitis, ankle sprains, and running-related overuse injuries.

Postural & Desk-Related Strain: Chronic tension and repetitive strain injuries from sedentary work habits.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a late cancellation fee charged to the stored card on file.

Do I need to be a golfer or athlete to book?

Not at all. While we are heavily geared towards golf performance and sports rehabilitation, we provide expert musculoskeletal physiotherapy for the entire local community—whether you are recovering from a desk-bound strain, dealing with daily joint aches, or wanting to move and feel better day-to-day.

What is a TPI Movement Screen?

A Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) movement screen is a specialized physical assessment designed specifically for golfers. We evaluate your body's movement patterns, joint mobility, and stability to identify any physical limitations. Since every swing flaw is often a result of a physical restriction, this screen pinpoints exactly what is holding your swing back and putting you at risk for injury.

Where are you located?

We are based inside Pro Sim Golf, conveniently located at Unit 5, Central Trading Estate, Marley Way, Saltney, Chester CH4 8SX. This allows us to combine high-tech indoor golf analysis with expert clinical physiotherapy.
